Measurements:We strongly encourage everyone to be measured in our showroom. It's HIGHLY recommended that anyone who does not , do so at a department store following our measurement guidelines. Please submit your information online ONLY . Please double check your sizing before submiting them. The product will get ordered in the sizes you submit. Please see the guidelines form on our website or this link
SUIT SIZING: Please keep in mind; our suit sizing has a 6-inch drop from pant to jacket size . For example, if we order for a waist size of 34w the jacket size would be 40R. The fitting and comfort of the jacket size is most important and must be tried on for accuracy.
Kids Sizing: Kid’s Suit or Tux come as a 5PC set: Jacket, Pants, Vest, Shirt & Tie (Tie Color standard is Blk necktie). There is limited product with the colors. Suits may not match exactly. Size range: 2T to 20. They are sized by Classic fit or Husky fit. All Kids sizes are to be an adult decision. Regarding what size fits them based on age, time before the wedding and what looks good. (Tailoring is sometimes needed)
BIG & TALL SIZING: Any Suit or Tuxes that are sized larger than 52 and are XL in length there will be an additional charge of $85 each.
PANTS:All Pants Will Need To Be Hemmed. The pants come with an unfinished hem and there will be 1 foot of extra material for Tailor’s purpose. Pants will also have extra material in the seat which can be let out to expand for waist size. If needed, separate pants can be ordered for an additional cost.
SHIRT: When getting the correct sizing for shirts please add 1 inch to the neck size. This will be your correct shirt size. Please consider the bigger the neck size the bigger the shirt. Tailoring may be needed. Product may need alterations, based on customer style, preference. French Cuff shirts come in a traditional fit and are not available in slim fit. Shirts are 60% cotton/ 40% poly. They are thinner, lightweight material compared to 100% cotton shirts. It is best to have an undershirt under the dress shirt.
VEST : The vest on a three piece suit runs small on the bigger size coats ( 46 & up), therefore they may have to add material at the tailor during alterations ( use extra material on the end of the pants ).
ORDER: Your order will arrive approximately 4-5 weeks from the order date. Each order is handled specifically on a case-by-case basis. Parker & Schmidt Clothiers will contact you immediately by all forms of communication as soon as your order is complete. At that time, we will coordinate a time for pick up. Pick up should be scheduled within a week of product arrival. All products will be labeled with individual names for easy distribution among all groups.
ORDER PLACEMENT: Based on size, timing and production, similar product may need to be ordered and may vary a bit from the original product. The manufacturer very often will delay the delivery of the products, which is out of our control. Any order < 31 days, will be very time sensitive and there is not time for exchanges or product swaps to be made.
PAYMENT: We accept forms of payments by Cash, Credit, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and Apple Pay. When paying with a Credit Card there will be a 3.5% fee. A non-refundable deposit must be paid to Parker & Schmidt Clothiers to start the ordering process. Once the deposit is made, the order is processed immediately and changes cannot be made . The expected deposit is at least 1/2 of the total price of the order. One single payment is required. The final payment is due upon arrival and pick-up of the total order.
SHIPPING: There is a $30 charge (N/A: Hawaii/Alaska) for us to directly ship your product to you. All shipping information will need to be provided. The tracking # will be provided at the time of shipping.
PICKING UP PRODUCT: All products must be tried on IMMEDIATELY to ensure that the product fits properly and alterations can be completed in a timely manner. Everyone has a different body build. You WILL NEED alterations. (Pictures will need to be sent to us if issues with sizing acure.) Please try on all products before leaving the Tailor after they are altered. (In case more work needs to be done). Alterations can be performed on jackets, pants, vests, and shirts.
TAILOR:ALL products will need tailoring. We do have reccommended tailors. Please understand the tailors' are separate companies from Parker & Schmidt Clothiers. P & S is not responsible for a product after it has left their showroom. Clients are free to choose their own tailor. Clients DO NOT need to go to the recommended tailor. Remember with tailoring you pay one price until it is done to your satisfaction.(See price sheet for all pricing).
RUSH ORDER: An $85 rush fee will be applied to the total if ANY products need to be ordered 4 weeks before the wedding or event. Manufacturer policy.
REPLACEMENTS OF PRODUCTS: For clients whom we DID NOT measure in our showroom, there will be a charge ($69 blends for suit/tuxedos and $79 for wools, $22 shirt and vest $25) for any reordering caused by incorrect measurements sent to us. Shipping cost may aso be included if we have to ship the product again.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Products are ordered and customized for each individual. Please ensure that the style and color are correct. Any sizing issues need to be addressed in a timely manner prior to the event .Any worn items will not be returned or refunded. In the case of a wedding or event cancellation we will give you 30 days to pick up the products. Otherwise, products and non-refundable deposits will be the property of Parker
