Yes, though many of our clients live locally, we have worked with numerous out-of-state residents and can ship any product(s) to you.
We offer a variety of payment options that include: All major credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal and Apple Pay. All checks will need to be made out to Michael Schmidt.
We work with all clients in order to achieve all of their suit and tuxedo needs. Suits can be ordered on an individual or group basis. We offer smaller orders for individuals and larger orders for wedding parties of 20 or more members. All of our clients are of the upmost importance to us.
We offer our clients the highest quality of products but unfortunately, due to the suit and tuxedo customization styles, we do not accept returns on any worn or tailored items.
Parker & Schmidt recommends two highly rated companies within the Phoenix valley. Creations and Alterations or Phoenix Custom Tailors. If you do not reside in the Phoenix valley, check locally for a tailor near you. Parker & Schmidt do not tailor in-house.
Tailoring cost varies by location. To get the best prices and highest quality service, we recommend using a Parker & Schmidt preferred tailor: Creations and Alterations or Phoenix Custom Tailors. If you live out of town, we recommend calling ahead for a price estimate on tailoring your suit.
